Mobility and Walking

LINCS recognises that staying active and mobile is a major contributor to healthy, independent living.

Regular exercise improves mental alertness, strengthens muscles, decreases stress, improves digestion, and lowers blood pressure.

Even basic mobility, such as the ability to move about one's home, significantly contributes to the physical, mental and emotional well-being of our clients which is why all of our clients receive a mobility assessment as part of their care plan.
