About LINCS

LINCS was established in 2007 to deliver specialised in-home nursing, allied health and personal care services across Brisbane and the Sunshine Coast.

Since then, much has changed. Our service area, and offering has expanded and our team has grown to more than 50 - but what has remained the same, is our unerring commitment to providing outstanding care solutions.

To this end, we only employ carers who meet our exacting professional standards and are truly committed to delivering the highest levels of care. Apart from being passionate, caring and friendly, all of our staff undergo a rigorous selection process and are subject to a National Clearance Police Check.

All of our nurses and allied health team are also registered with AHPRA (Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency) and our Personal Care Workers have a Certificate III in Aged Care, Community Care, or Disability Care. They are also supervised and managed by a Registered Nurse at all times.

As part of their on-going development, LINCS staff are provided regular and specialised training in their selected field keeping them abreast of new advances and innovations.

Client satisfaction

LINCS Healthcare is committed to delivering outstanding client care in all areas. While we have an excellent record in providing quality in-home care, we continue to focus on improvements that will keep us at the forefront. To this end, LINCS Healthcare undertakes regular Customer Satisfaction Surveys and encourages formal feedback from our clients.

In our most recent survey, 272 clients responded, with 94.5% (257 respondents) rating our service delivery at 5 Stars. While attaining a 100% level of total satisfaction is our objective, the truth is, it is probably an impossible goal. The reality is, it's virtually impossible to keep everyone completely satisfied all the time. In fact, on average, any measurement that shows a satisfaction rating equal to or greater than 75% is considered exceptional. We're proud to say 98.9% of our clients gave us 4 Stars or better.
